I’m Dean Mignola and today I’m going to show you the top 5 conversion elements that you must have on your website if you want to maximize the number of pest control calls to your business.

Conversion element #1 is to put your phone number in the right places so that it’s easy to find. Your phone number should be in the upper right corner of your website on every page, t should be in the footer of your website on every page, and it should be placed at the end of every major section of text on every page.

Conversion element #2 is you want a simple contact form located high on the page of every page of your website. Don’t make the form too long or complicated or people won’t fill it out.

Conversion element #3 is you want a chatbox that scrolls along the right edge of every page of your website. We’ve found that simply adding a chatbox to our client’s websites can improve website conversions by 20%.

Conversion element #4 is you must have a call to action that goes with your phone number, your contact form, and your chatbox. A call to action can be as simple as, call today or contact us for a free estimate, or on the chatbox, you might ask, How can we help you today? You must tell people what you want them to do if you want to get the best response.

Conversion element #5 Is to focus on customer benefits in your website copy. You want to make sure that when you talk about what you offer that you explain exactly how that benefits the customer. Make sure that your website copy uses “you” words instead of just “we” words. What I mean by that is you want to talk to your customers about what they get rather than just talking about your business and what you offer.

Those are the most important conversion elements for your website. if you make sure that you have those 5 conversion elements, you’ll definitely get more calls and leads from your pest control website.
